Just fill in the form below or send an email with your inquiry for more information or to book. You might require more than one quote for example – Flute Trio for 1 hour (ceremony only) or String Quartet for 2 hours (Ceremony & Drinks Reception) etc. Don’t forget to let us know where your event is!

Our booking process is simple and secure –
so you can relax in the knowledge that your event and planning will run smoothly from the day you contact us to the day itself.
- After we receive your inquiry we will send you a quote (including any travel expenses) for your chosen group or multiple quotes to help make your choice of group.
- If you are happy we then email our signed contract for you to sign and send/email back with your deposit. The contract clearly states the venue, time, deposit, fee and group you have booked along with our cancellation policy. As it is signed by you and us you can be secure when booking us.
- We ask for the balance 6 weeks before your event and accept cheques or bank transfers. Its as simple as that – you are then booked!
